Description

Project Sirius - Rovering with Rhinos is a Youth Expedition Project initiated by a group of Singaporean Rovers under the National Rover Council, Singapore Scout Association. It was carried out from the 12th June to 26th June 2007 with the conservation of Sumatran Rhinoceros as the primary focus. Here is a 10 part video made after the project was completed depicting, as much as possible, the entire project in all its aspects.


This project is part of the Scouts of the World Award (Voluntary Service). Upon completion of the project and reports, a total of 7 Singapore Rovers were awarded the Scouts of the World Award - the second group to be awarded in Asia-Pacific Region.
